HR Manager

Job description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both warehouse and office staff, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers;
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture;
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws, regulations, and conduct necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures;
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage attendance, annual leave, sick leave and holiday policies;
  • Manage work permits, visas, and other legal requirements for international employees;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination of contracts;
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and incentive scheme;
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and career growth;
  • Oversee payroll coordination with the accountant to ensure accurate and timely salary payments;
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation reviews to ensure competitive and fair pay practices;
  • Participate in HR projects to administer employee benefit programs and foster company culture;
  • Conduct organizational renovation to enhance smoother cooperation between departments and improve working efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated and responsible;
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus;
  • 3 years of HR experience, worked in a 3PL company or an international/multicultural environment is preferred;
