Transport Planer

Job Description

1. Planning the transport of different accounts;
2. Booking trucks and following up the whole transport procedure till delivered;
3. Resolving transportation issues aroused in a timely and effective manner;
4. Collecting and processing clients’ quotations;
5. Communicating and negotiating with carriers for price, availability and delivery time;
6. Analyzing query transaction rate and transport performance  to secure more business;
7. Collaborating with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfactory;
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Highly motivated and multi-task handling ability;
2. Good time management and organizational skills;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
5. Patient, responsible, resilient to pressure and flexible;
6. Great with numbers and focused on details;
7. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office;
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
9. Fluent in English and Chinese.
10. More than 1-year working experience is preferred;
