Job Duties:
· Understand clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
· Conduct regular KPI checks and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
· Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and achieve revenue targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
· Resolve any operational issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
· Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, cost savings, inventory accuracy) to assess account performance.
· Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize logistics processes and enhance client value.
· Oversee the implementation of new client accounts or projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition;
· Cultivate and build customer service team to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients;
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
· Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
· Highly motivated and multi-task handling ability;
· Patient, responsible, resilient to pressure;
· Fluent in English and Chinese, dutch is a plus;
· Good team building and management skills;
